  • Airlines are controlled by DGCA under its policies, and as a tour operator, we do not have any control over refunds, rescheduling, or amendments. In case of bankruptcy declared by an airline, the norms will be governed by the NCLT of India, and the cost of the new air ticket will have to be borne by the passengers only. In case a passenger decides to cancel the trip, cancellation charges will apply as per policy.
  • Rates & offers are dynamic; they cannot be the same for all the passengers traveling in the same group.
  • The original passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months at the time of returning from the tour with at least three unused/blank visa pages (please attach an old passport if you have one).
  • It will be the client's responsibility to check the validity of their passports. If children are traveling together, parents will have to check the validity of their children's passports. Our Company will not be responsible at all if a passenger is unable to travel due to passport validity expiry.
  • We do not have a refund policy; all the approved refunds will be given in terms of credit against next bookings with limited validity. No cash payment will be given in any kind of refund.
  • In case of cancellation before 45 days, you will be provided with a credit note that can be utilized in any international tour within the span of 6 months by the same person only in a tour package.

  • No refund will be given if a passenger is denied flight boarding/travel due to passport damage, passport validity issues, or any other immigration or flight-related issues.
  • It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if you do not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours due to any reason whatsoever.
  • We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary, or withdraw any particular departure or excursion advertised.
  • Under exceptional circumstances (breakdowns, delays due to traffic problems, weather problems, strikes, sports and religious events, congresses, sanitary precautions and protocols, or other complex situations), Our Company reserves the right to modify the sites visited or the order of the visits on certain days.
  • All travelers must clear all their payments 30 days prior to their tour departure, failing which the company has the right to cancel their booking without notice.
  • Our Company holds no responsibility for any loss of luggage, injuries, death, or theft during the tour.
  • We arrange services like airlines, visas, hotels, sightseeing, meals, etc., on behalf of our clients.
  • There will be no porter facility (luggage handling) throughout the tour. The passengers have to handle their own luggage. It is an individual's responsibility to take care of their own luggage.
